Request permanent deletion of your data under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, and your state's privacy protections).
What happens next
- We receive your request and verify your identity via email.
- We permanently delete your account and all associated data (profile, claims, documents, letters). Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- You receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Already have an account?
If you are signed in, you can delete your account immediately from Settings. This form is also available for users who cannot access their account.
