Request permanent deletion of your data under applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act).
What happens next
- We receive your request and verify your identity via email.
- Your data is soft-deleted immediately (profile, claims, documents, letters).
- Permanent deletion occurs within 30 days. You can contact support to recover your data during that window.
- You receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Already have an account?
If you are signed in, you can delete your account directly from Settings. This form is also available for users who cannot access their account.
