- How do I upload my insurance policy?
- Sign in, create a claim, and use the document upload page. We accept PDFs, photos, and scanned documents. Drag and drop or browse files.
- Does DenialAI contact my insurance company?
- No. We generate letters for you to sign and send yourself. We never communicate with your insurer on your behalf.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. DenialAI is a document generation and analysis tool. Consult a licensed attorney for case-specific guidance.
- How long does document analysis take?
- Policy parsing and damage assessment typically complete within 2-5 minutes. Complex documents or high-resolution photos may take longer.
- What file types do you accept?
- PDF, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, and most common image formats. For audio recordings, we accept MP3, WAV, and M4A.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription to cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes. Visit Settings → Delete account to soft-delete your profile. All data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can also submit a deletion request from the Data deletion page.
- Does DenialAI work in my state?
- DenialAI analyzes insurance policies, damage, and correspondence regardless of location. Certain features like statutory deadline tracking and regulatory citations are optimized for each state as we expand.
- Is my data secure?
- All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use signed URLs for file access and never share your data with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy policy for details.
